To be eligible for a Milagro Mushroom membership, all potential members must adhere to the following criteria:

• Residency: Applicants must have established legal residency in a regulated state or jurisdiction. Proof of residency, such as a valid driver's license or utility bill, may be requested during the application process or at any time thereafter.

• Age Limit: All applicants should be 21 years of age or older. A valid government-issued ID will be required to verify age.

• Subscription Fee: Members must commit to an automatic monthly subscription fee, which ranges between $40 and $102, depending on the chosen subscription tier. This fee will be charged recurrently each month to the provided payment method.

With the recent passing of Proposition 122, Colorado introduces the groundbreaking Natural Medicine Health Act. This act decriminalizes the use of psilocybin and psilocin, the psychedelic compounds in specific mushroom strains, for individuals aged 21 and over. Moreover, substances like DMT, ibogaine, and mescaline are now supported under this act, with the exception of peyote.

Please note, Milagro Memberships will be exclusively available to Colorado residents aged 21 and above, determined through a thorough review process.

Colorado has recently ratified Proposition 122, which brings a paradigm shift in how the state views certain psychedelics.

In essence, Proposition 122 allows for:

• The decriminalization of personal possession, cultivation, sharing, and consumption (excluding sale) of specific natural psychedelic substances for those aged 21 and over. This list includes psilocybin and psilocin from psychedelic mushrooms and the plant-derived substances dimethyltryptamine, ibogaine, and mescaline.
• By the end of 2024, provisions will be in place to permit supervised consumption of psychedelic mushrooms at regulated establishments for individuals over 21. Additionally, the state is expected to implement a comprehensive regulatory framework for these establishments.
• Starting in 2026, the state may further extend the range of substances permitted for use in licensed establishments to incorporate other plant-based psychedelics like DMT, ibogaine, and mescaline.
• Local governments are restricted from banning these licensed venues or the services they offer. However, they retain the authority to regulate the operational hours, locations, and modalities of these establishments.
• Penalties will be imposed on those under 21 found in possession, consumption, or transportation of these psychedelic substances. Adults aged 21 and over will face consequences if they provide underage individuals access to these substances.
